Credit Criteria
For All Applications
- Minimum 2 years of satisfactory credit history for business and/or principals.
- Evidence of prior comparable trade credit or debt obligations.
- Satisfactory bank account standing and history.
- Satisfactory Statement of Disposition for any item of public record. i.e. - Collections or Lawsuits.
- Evidence of tangible net worth for the business.
- Evidence of satisfactory earnings from operation.
- Evidence of satisfactory debt-to-equity ratios.
- Evidence of adequate working capital & cash flow.
- Evidence of capacity to service additional debt obligation.
- Demonstration of competent management (normally from business plan details).
